Administrative Assistant (Level 1) Rate of Pay: $3-4/hr.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Quoting insurance policies using provided software and guidelines.
  • Performing data entry and transferring data accurately across platforms.
  • Maintaining and organizing client files.
  • Updating client records, setting reminders for follow-ups, and attaching relevant file updates.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

  • Communicating with insurance companies via email and phone to resolve queries or submit documentation.
  • Communication with clients & vendors via phone
  • Producing and emailing clients insurance documentation and providing requested information.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in the English language 
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing and mastering all tasks in Level 1 and Level 2.
  • Training and mentoring Virtual Assistants in Levels 1 and 2 on all relevant tasks.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of tasks across the team.
  • Creating detailed instructional manuals and step-by-step guides for administrative tasks.
  • Collaboration and communication with all team members in level 1 and 2 throughout each work day

  • Exceptional writing skills for creating clear and comprehensive instructional materials.
