Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves creating compelling video content, managing social media accounts, and ensuring our brand's online presence is engaging and consistent. Candidates must have strong video editing skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to create content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos and reels for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
• Schedule, post, and monitor content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create content ideas tailored to our audience.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly creative with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.

• Communication with clients & vendors via phone
• Producing and emailing clients insurance documentation and providing requested information.

• Fluent in the English language

• Prior experience in administrative roles.
